With over 30 years of culinary experience, this talented chefs Rocky and Jeewa has dedicated their lives to the art of cooking. Their journey began in Europe and New Zealand where honed their skills and passion for food. After moving to Australia, they made their mark in the Australian culinary scene at Tides Bar, bringing a unique blend of flavors and techniques to their dishes.
